The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland.
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value)
Value of goods from 15.00 to 48.99 euros: 4.99 euros pro rata shipping and packaging costs.
For goods that are subject to youth protection (e.g. wine, monastery schnapps), an additional fee of 1.19 euros will be charged for the DHL age check. Excluding free shipping deliveries from 49 euros value of goods.
From an order value of 49.00 euros onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

For Austria, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order for shipping and packaging.

The minimum order value is: 15.00 euros.
For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 1–3 days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 7–42 days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1–5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5–7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
