Flower Seed Mix “Let Flowers Blossom For The Bees”

Your own meadow of flowers – a paradise for insects, bumblebees and butterflies!

How it works:
1. Choose a location – For your meadow of flowers you should choose a sunny to partially shaded location.
2. Preparing the ground – Loosen the ground with a small hoe or trowel.
3. Sowing. Between the end of March and beginning of July is the best time to sow your flower mix. Scatter the seeds evenly on the soil and carefully press them into the ground.
4. Watering – Keep the bed well moistened within the first 3 weeks so that the seeds can easily germinate.
5. Wait and be amazed – After approx. 1-2 weeks the sprouts should begin to show- After 8-10 weeks the meadow of flowers should be in full bloom for 2-3 months and then you can hopefully watch lots of honey bees, wild bees, bumblebees, bugs and butterflies.
6. Caring for the meadow – During longer dry period water the meadow of flowers regularly. Leave the blossomed bed as it is over the winter. The parts of plant left over that die off serves as shelter for wild bees and the fallen seeds are food for many birds.
